Hello and thank you for inquiring about our company. My name is Ron Kingery, President of Kingery & Associates, Inc. I have been in the grocery wholesale business since 1971 and our home base and warehouse facility is located in Carmi, Illinois.

1.	Our company buys from the manufacturer and sells directly to the end user in the close-out and deep salvage market.
2.	We can buy anything and in any quantity in off-spec, excess, and/or first line goods. We buy Retail and Food Service in dry groceries and frozen .
3.	We buy HBA, paper products and hardware.
4.	We will not offer your goods into any area that is restricted.
5.	We will not advertise your products.
6.	We can wire transfer funds twenty-four (24) hours prior to pickup.
7.	We own and operate our own warehouse, a retail grocery store, Little Giant Foods Inc., and we also have our own re-labeling operation enabling us to buy product brite-stack if necessary.
8.	We currently buy from some of the largest packers in the USA Ocean Spray, Argilink, Lakeside Foods, Red Gold, Red Wing, Torbitt & Castleman, and Seneca to name a few.
9.	We sell to dollar stores, salvage markets, convenience stores, prisons and food banks.
10.	We are not Diverters or Brokers.
